How To Make Hummus 😋
Take a whole head of garlic with the top off. Drizzle with olive oil. Wrap in foil. Roast at 400° for 35 mins until soft. Let cool.

Take one can of garbanzo beans, drained. Add it to your food processor.

Juice one small lemon. No seeds! If you don’t like your hummus lemony, just use half.

Add the juice to your food  processor.

Add 2 tablespoons of tahini paste.  doesn’t have to be exact.

Add 4 tablespoons of sesame oil.

Squeeze your roasted garlic into the processor but don’t include the skins.

Add 2 ounces of water. More if you like your hummus creamy and smooth.

Pulse away until it’s smooth.
