Combine 1/2 cup coconut flour 2 tsp psyllium husk powder 1 Tbsp melted. coconut oil 2 Tbsp flax meal 1/4 teaspoon fine salt

Then sift into a bowl. Discard any lumps or fiber that doesn’t go through the sifter.

Then add 3/4 cup water plus 1 Tbsp water
Mash together with a fork

Roll into 4 balls

Roll into flat tortillas on a non stick sheet (parchment or dehydrator sheet)

with a layer on the top and bottom

Remove the top sheet...

And flip into a lightly oiled skillet or griddle (medium heat)
Let cook for 2 minutes on the first side and 1 minute after flipping.

Eat immediately or store in fridge in a bag. Lightly Toast before serving.
