How To Make Magazine Coils
Coils can be made into many different sizes. Today we will make one with four magazine strips.
Supplies Needed: A Magazine
Supplies Needed: Scissors
Supplies Needed: Mod Podge & Foam Brush (white glue is an alternative for mod podge)
Optional: Play your favorite playlist because this takes some time.
Browse through the magazine. Then tear out a page with vibrant colors.

Fold the page in half. Then fold the right & left side of the page into the middle.

Cut the page into four strips. Use the creased folds as a guide.

Take one cut strip and fold in half.

Fold the left side of the cut strip into the middle. Then fold the right side into the middle.

Just like step 5. Fold the left and right side again into the middle.

Repeat steps 4,5,&6 for the remaining three magazine strips.

Have ready mod podge and foam brush for upcoming steps.

Starting from the bottom. Coil magazine strip inwards towards the center. Leave space at the end.

Apply mod podge with foam brush to the end of the magazine coil.

Take another magazine strip and connect it to end of the previous magazine coil.

Repeat steps 10 & 11 for the remaining two magazine strips. Lastly, seal end of coil with mod podge.
