How To Make Mini Donuts
These mini cinnamon sugar brioche donuts are super cute and fun to make.
Roll out your brioche donut dough to 1/2” thickness.

Using a round cookie cutter, cut out rounds of dough and make a hole in the middle of each.

Place onto a lined cookie sheet, cover, and leave to rise.

Drop the risen donuts into hot oil and fry.

Flip the donuts and fry until golden brown.

Drain the donuts briefly.

Toss the donuts in the coating of your choosing. Enjoy!
