Use rolled oats, not instant/quick oats - better chewy texture (and more fiber!)

Make your oatmeal using milk (or non-dairy milk), not water.

Add some fruit for sweetness without sugar - I suggest banana!

Add a little cinnamon for extra flavor

Mash the banana a bit and mix everything together!

Microwave for 2 minutes on high

Add some healthy fat for satiety and texture - I like chia seeds, slivered almonds, or nut butter!
