240g milk, 90g granulated sugar, 3 sheets of gelatin, 240g heavy cream, and 3g vanilla extract

Pour milk and sugar in the pot

Boil until it reaches 180

Add the softened gelatin and let the mixture cool to 120

Make sure gelatin is well combined

Add in heavy cream

Prepare to pour

Pour evenly in 4 cups

Refrigerate 8 hours

Raspberry sauce to go on top.

Boil raspberries, water, and sugar, then add cornstarch/water mix

Boil around 4 minutes
