How To Make Pâte à choux/ Cream Puff
120g milk, 120g water, 4g salt, 105g unsalted butter, 150g flour, 5 eggs

Pour milk, water, salt, and butter in pan

Bring to a boil

Make sure butter is fully melted

Once boiling remove from heat

Add flour immediately

Vigorously beat the dough

Put back on heat continuing to beat

Until it comes away from pan

Transfer to bowl of mixer with paddle

Beat for a few minutes on medium speed

Add eggs one at a time

Only add enough eggs to make it shiny but firm

It may not be necessary to use all eggs (I did 2)

Put into piping bag

Make desirable shapes on parchment paper lined pan

400F 15 minutes

Lowers to 350F and cook for around 20 minutes

Fill as desired (🍫)
