How To Make Peanut Butter Curry (30 Minutes)
Sauté one chopped onion

Add 4 cloves of crushed garlic

Pop in 2 tbsp curry powder, 1/2 tsp chilli powder & 1 tsp turmeric powder

Add 250g chopped mushrooms

Pour in 400ml coconut milk...

And 250ml of vegetable stock

Stir through 6 tbsp peanut butter (smooth or crunchy) and simmer for 5 minutes, watch the curry thicken up!

Pop in 200g cauliflower florets...

And 150g broccoli florets, simmer for 7 minutes.

Sprinkle in some salt

Squeeze in the juice of half a lime and then enjoy!
