How To Make Rhubarb Gin
Wash rhubarb. Cut into 1 inch pieces and put into a large bowl.
Add sugar to bowl (if Keto, see my sugar alternative at the end.) Toss to coat rhubarb.
Cover bowl and leave out overnight to draw out the rhubarb juices.
Mix gin into bowl with rhubarb, then put in a wide-mouth bottle or jar and let steep for 3-4 weeks.
After 3-4 weeks, strain Rhubarb Gin into a bottle to keep... and enjoy!
