How To Make Roasted Tomato Sauce
Add your tomatoes, herbs, balsamic vinegar and olive oil to the roasting pan.
Roast at 400 degrees until nearly burnt - about 45 minutes.
Let the tomato mixture cool. Then place in blender.
Add fresh basil.
Blend. That color! It tastes even better than it looks.
Serve with your favorite pasta and roasted vegetables.
Or thin and serve as soup, top baked chicken, or just eat it by the spoonful!
