How To Make Shrikhand From Greek Yogurt
You will need 2 lbs approx 900 grams of Whole Milk Greek Yogurt

Line a kitchen towel

Transfer the yogurt onto the kitchen towel

Secure the ends as shown

Squeeze out as much water as you can

Place a colander over a bowl. Line it with a towel, place the yogurt & a heavy weight on top to help drain out water

Refrigerate for 5-6 hours or overnight. Change the cloth twice in between to get a firmer hung curd

This hung curd is called Chakka in Marathi

Transfer Chakka into a bowl

Whisk using your hands

You can whisk with a spoon too

Add Powdered Sugar

Add Cardamom Powder

Some Grated Nurmeg

3 tablespoons of saffron infused warm milk

This should be the consistency

Transfer to a Bowl & refrigerate for 2-3 hours

This should be the consistency after refrigeration
