How To Make Stovetop Granola!

Add 2 c. old fashioned oats, 1/3 c. sweetened coconut, and 1/3 c. pecans into a bowl and mix

Add 1/4 c. honey, 2 Tbsp. brown sugar, and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon into a separate bowl and mix

Add 1st mixture to skillet and toast for 3-5 mins. Once toasted, turn off heat and add 2nd mixture

Add 1/4 cup craisins and let cool for 5-10 minutes
