Pre-heat oven to 200 °C. In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.

Add melted coconut oil

Add honey and vanilla extract

Add rolled porridge oats

Add cinnamon and mix well

Mix in chopped pieces of strawberries and dark chocolate.

Add extra optional ingredients, mix well, spoon in mixture in a square baking tin.

Flatten the mixture with the back of a spoon so its smooth and flat.

Bake at 200 °C for around 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

Allow the flapjacks to cool down for at least 10 minutes before cutting into pieces.

Store in a airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
