Method 1: For Very Plump Stuffed Ravioli
Use ravioli stamp to lightly mark where on the pasta dough your filling should go.
1
Spoon a small amount of filling into the center of each circle.
2
Optional: Add additional filling (nuts, cheese crumbles) if desired.
3
Lay another sheet of pasta on top and smooth down around the filling. Work from the center out to push out any air bubbles.
4
Press down very firmly with the ravioli stamp to cut through the dough and seal the ravioli shut.
5
Peel up the excess. Let excess dough rest, then reroll and repeat as needed.
6
Method 2: For thinner ravioli where the stuffing goes all the way to the edges.
Smooth ravioli filling over the entire surface of a sheet of pasta dough.
7
Layer another sheet of pasta dough on top. Cut through with ravioli stamp to seal layers together.
8
Peel up any excess. This cannot be rerolled.
9
For both methods: Cook 2-3 minutes and enjoy!
