Pop in 1 tbsp oil (optional) and 4 cloves crushed garlic
Pop the mushrooms in, stir fry over high-ish heat
Add in carrots...
And broccoli, then stir
Pour in 2 tbsp each of dark and light soy sauce, 1/4 tsp vegan Worcestershire sauce & 1 tsp sugar
Pour in 1/4 cup of water, let it boil for around 30 seconds
Finally, add in the cabbage, serve and enjoy!
