Mix water, corn syrup, and sugar in a med. saucepan. Let dissolve and come to a boil

Add butter and continue to cook until it reaches 280F

Add nuts and cook, stirring continuously, until the mixture reaches 305 F

Remove from heat, add baking soda, pour on sheet pan and spread to 1/4 in. thick. Let cool

One the mixture has completely cooled, break into pieces of your desired size (with gloves!).
