Brown 1 pound ground beef in a little oil.

Add 1 minced clove garlic, 2 diced onions, 2 diced carrots and 2 diced sticks celery and sauté.

Stir in ground paprika, salt, pepper and flour.

Stir in 2 tablespoons tomato paste until well incorporated.

Deglaze the pan with 1/3 cup red wine.

Stir in 1 cup beef broth, 1 cup frozen peas and chopped fresh herbs.

Place filling in 7x11 inch casserole dish and let cool.

Top cooled filling with mashed potatoes. Criss-cross with a fork for a great look and crispy edges!

Top with cheese and bake at 400F for 20 minutes, or until golden.
