How To Make The Fluffiest Blueberry Pancakes
Add eggs to melted butter & whisk. Whisk in the milk & buttermilk.
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add the wet ingredients.
Stir together. Use 1/4 c measuring cup for perfect sized pancakes. TIP: for super fluffy pancakes don’t over mix the batter.
Cook on a buttered griddle. Add fresh blueberries, pressing them in with a spatula.
Turn over once bubbles start to form on top.
Serve with butter!
