How To Make The Perfect Pie Crust
Add flour and salt to a food processor.

Add cold cubed butter and crisco. Pulse 10 times to create coarse crumbs.

Stream in ice cold water while pulsing until a dough forms.

Separate the dough into two disks and wrap in Saran Wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour or freeze.

When ready to use roll the crust into a 1/4 inch thick circle on the saran wrap for easy transfer.

Invert the crust into a pie plate and crimp the sides.

Poke holes all on the surface area of the crust. Use with your favorite pie recipe.
