Put a splash of veg oil (optional) in a pan and add in 1 chopped onion.

Add garlic, ginger, garam masala, cumin powder, cayenne pepper, chilli powder & 1 bay leaf

Next pour in 250ml passata and stir well.

Pour in 250ml oat cream or other cream alternative

Add 1/4 cup ground almonds and 1 tbsp vegan butter

Simmer for around 5 minutes then add in tofu

Pop 1/2 cup peas in and juice of 1/2 lime. Stir well, and make sure peas are hot.

Season to taste, serve & enjoy!
