How to make: Tofu Veggie Stir-Fry
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Drain water from tofu by placing something heavy on top for about 15 minutes
Cut tofu into cubes
Bake tofu in oven for 20 minutes
Pour soy sauce in bowl
Put 1 tablespoon of grated ginger (or ginger paste) in bowl
Put 2 tablespoons of brown sugar in bowl
Pour 1 tablespoon of maple syrup in bowl
Put 1 tablespoon of corstarch in bowl
Whisk the sauce ingredients
Cut the red pepper
Measure 1 cup of red pepper
Rinse green beans
Cut greens beans
Measure 2 cups of green beans
In a large skillet over medium-high, add 2 tablespoons of sesame oil.
Add vegetables
Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring often, then add the sauce
Add tofu and stir
Serve as is, or over rice. Enjoy!
