Peel and sliced green plantains.

Heat coconut oil over medium high heat and add sliced plantains.

Cook 3-5 minutes and flip.

Cook for 3-5 more minutes or until golden brown and soft.

Flatten the cooked plantains.

Add flatten tostones back to the pan (add more oil if needed. I probably needed more oil)

Cook for 1-2 more mins on each side - until crispy. Remove from the pan.

Place on a paper towel and season with salt.

Serve with guacamole for dipping.
