1/2 Chopped Red Onion

Carrot
Sauté onions & garlic in oil for 2-3 minutes

Add chopped carrots to cooked onions. Cook for 3-5 minutes.

Add mushrooms and cook 2 minutes.

And cooked lentils. Stir and simmer on LOW.

Prep pasta! Generously salt water and cook until “al dente”

Toss a little bolognese sauce with finished pasta noodles!
