How To Make Vegan Egg Fried Rice
Start by crumbling up 200g extra firm tofu.

Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder & 1/4 tsp kala namak (black salt)

Put in 1 tbsp nutritional yeast and mix well, set aside.

Put 1 chopped onion in a wok with a splash of oil, over a medium heat.

Next add 3 crushed garlic cloves.

Pop in 2 diced carrots

And 4 chopped spring onions.

Next pour in the rice (we're using Jasmine, you can use brown rice or whatever your preference is).

Pour in 3 tbsp soy sauce.

Get the tofu mix in there and stir well.

Finally, add 3/4 cup peas and stir.
