Put 150g silken tofu in a bowl

Crumble 280g firm tofu in to the bowl.

Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

And 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

Add 1/4 teaspoon Kala Nemak salt (black salt)

Pop 2 tablespoons vegan mayo in

Season with salt & black pepper to taste

Mix really well
