How To Make Vegan Massaman Curry

Pour the Massaman paste (recipe on our blog) into the wok with an optional splash of oil.

Pop in 1 chopped onion and 1 chopped potato.

Add 160ml coconut cream

Then pour in 400ml coconut milk.

Pop in 4 tbsp peanuts, 1 tbsp sugar & 2 tbsp vegan fish sauce (or soy sauce / tamari).

Once simmered for 10-15 mins, add in 1 tbsp tamarind.

Add in 1 chopped red pepper & 1 chopped green pepper.

Add in 1 block of chopped & fried off tofu (this can be done in an air fryer without oil!).

Mix well, make sure tofu is hot by simmering for a few minutes. Serve & enjoy!
