How To Make Vegan Mushroom Bhaji
Heat up veg oil in a frying pan (that has a lid) and saute an onion.

Add two cloves crushed garlic

Pop in 1 tsp each of ground cumin, coriander and chilli.

Add 1.5 tbsp tomato paste

Put 250g sliced mushrooms in and stir.

Add salt and 5 tbsp (75ml) of water.

Stir occasionally...
