Increase speed to medium-high and knead for 6 minutes.

Transfer dough to greased bowl, cover and let rise for 45 minutes.

Stretch dough into a rectangle and roll into a loaf. Pinch seams closed.

Place the loaf in a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Let rise another 45 minutes, uncovered.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.

Cool the bread, then slice with a serrated knife and enjoy.
