How to: Marichyasana C - Seated Twist
Keep your right leg straight in front of you. Bend the left leg and pull the heel in towards your body. Ground down evenly through your hips.

Rotate your chest and shoulders towards the left inner thigh and left side of the room.

Hug the left knee towards your chest or hook the right elbow outside the left thigh.

Look towards the left or over your left shoulder.

Hold for 4-5 full breaths. Repeat on the opposite side.
