How To Mount An Prep And Dirt Late Model Tire
Tools you need Impact, 1/2 socket, Grinder, 36grit grinding pad and tire siper
Take out all 16 bolts from the rims bead lock

Remove bead lock from rim

Flip over tire so the back bead is showing and put bead break tool in place as shown

Break the bead on the tire all the way around so it looks as shown and pull of tire.

Prep new tire by spraying glass cleaner or soapy water.

Push tire onto the rim and line up the inner lip of the tire with the bead lock.

Put the bead lock ring on making sure the tire is in place and tighten the 15 bolts down.

Fill tire full of air until bead is completely seated and let air back down to 10psi.

Grab the tire siper, plug it in and follow the line horizontally across the tire.

All the way across and it should look like this.

Go around the whole tire should look like this.

Take the tire siper and set the siper blade in the groove and push the opposite way as before.

Push until the tire siper blade hits the edge.

Tire sipping is complete now and can unplug the siper and set it to the side to cool off.

Now get the grinder with 36 grit and plug it in.

Grind horizontal across the tire.

Grinding the tire across as shown. Grinding helps bring the tire chemicals to the top helping soften

Go all the way around the tire the same way as before. Finished tire should look like this.

Final step is to wrap the tire with plastic wrap and take it off and it is complete.
