Grip bar in a clean grip

Grip the bar in the clean grip position, keep a stable back and drive with legs to clean the bar

Stabilize bar on chest and split jerk the bar. Remember to keep a rigid position

Once bar is stable over head Lower bar onto chest and drop to the ground

Combine all steps for the full clean and jerk lift!
