Prepare your materials: paints, brushes, jar of water & paper.

Find a reference picture of a mug and trace on paper. Use tape to keep paper in place.

Paint with lighter colours in the middle and blend darker colours to the surrounding areas.

Use heat gun to dry the first layer and repeat.
4
Use white coal pencil to mark the highlights and sketch words (if any).
5
Use white paint to letter the words, paint the highlights and add splatters for stars.
