How To Peel And Mince Garlic For Maximum Flavor
You will need: large garlic cloves, a knife with a wide, flat blade, and a fine grater

Place the garlic clove on a flat surface. Place the flat side of the knife over the garlic, and smash it with the heel of your hand.

Grate as much of the clove as you can (without getting your fingers). There will be some left over.

Finely dice the rest of the clove and add it to the grated garlic. Grating garlic releases the most allicin, which = best flavor👍
