How To Perform A Deadlift
Address the bar. Position feet about hip width, toes directly under the bar.

Hinge at the hips & grip the bar w hands directly under the armpits. Knees soft.

Engage upper back, arms and shoulders, hamstrings, glutes & core to push bar up to the hips.

Keep the bar close to your body. Maintain flat back, eyes forward, exhale to push up.
