Heat 90% water, 10% white vinegar to a boil

Check eggs, they should be soft. Reserve in cold water.

Heat eggs for 30 seconds in hot water, serve!

Serve! Cured salmon, mustard, jalapeño, red onion, espelette, dill and sea salt
