How to rest and relax in a supported twist
Get your props! Blocks and a bolster

Option 1: for a deeper twist, put the bolster in front of you directly on top of the mat

Option 2: for a gentle twist put 1 or 2 blocks under the bolster to create a ramp

Place your right hip in contact with the bolster, bring the feet behind you, and twist

Stay here between 3 to 5 min per side, soften your body and breathe

And don't forget the second side!

And if this option doesn't feel good in your body...

Come to your back, bring the knees to the chest and place the bolster in between the knees and twist
