How to Rest in a Reclined Heart Opener!
Get your props! 2 blocks, 2 bolsters or cushions and a blanket

Open the blanket and cover your mat to create extra cushion for your body!

Option 1: use your blocks! Put one in the 2nd height and the other in the 1st height creating a T

Grab your bolster and put it on top creating a ramp

Option 2: if you don't have blocks, use two bolsters to create your ramp

Seat with your body touching the props, bend the knees and with control come all the way down

If it feels good in your low back, try it with your legs straight

Stay here for as long as needed!

When you are ready to come out, bend the knees, roll to your favorite side and use your arms.
