How To Roast And Purée A Pumpkin
Using small pumpkin, score straight lines all around it with a knife. Bake at 450 for 45 min.

Make sure to cover the top with foil to prevent burning. The skin should easily peel off.

Cut in half and remove seeds. Don’t throw them away - you can roast them!
