How To Roll Pie Crust
Start with a COLD dough and a lightly floured surface

Also flour the rolling pin and sprinkle top of pie dough

You will be moving the dough frequently to make sure it isn’t sticking

You can make quarter turns (I go left). If necessary, LIGHTLY flour surface

And you can also flip the dough making sure it doesn’t tear

The dough is ready when it’s a few inches wider than the pan you’re using
