How to Roll the feet with therapy balls
Do a check-in! Notice the sensations in the back of the legs and the amount of surface of the feet in contact with your mat

Get your ball! If you don't have a rubber ball you can use a tennis one.

Place the ball right under the arch and roll side to side

Then roll up and down!

Now bring the ball under the heel and gently press it down

Close the toes trying to grab the ball, then lift them and spread them

Slide the ball to the front of the foot for a toe stretch

Then move the ball to the second side and roll your other foot!

If for any reason rolling standing doesn't feel good in your body, you can do it with your hands!

After rolling do a final check-in, notice any change in the sensations, flexibility and amount of surface of the feet that are in contact with the mat
