How To Save 2 Lbs Of Garlic
Preheat oven to 350F

Cut the tops off of 9 heads of garlic.

3 heads will be minced and saved with olive oil. 2 kept fresh and whole. 9 will be roasted.

Spray a muffin tin with nonstick spray.

Put heads of garlic in muffin cups.

Drizzle with olive oil and cover with foil.

Roast in oven @ 350F for 45 minutes.

Meanwhile, add whole cloves to a mini food processor to mince.

Minced in seconds!

Add minced garlic to ice cube tray and cover with olive oil.

Pull roasted garlic out of oven. Mmmm πŸ˜‹

Separate large cloves to freeze whole. Squeeze out smaller cloves and add to food processor.

Mix 1/2 cup of roasted garlic with 1 stick of butter.

Add to other half of ice cube tray.
