Fold each 6.5 x 13” piece of fabric in half & sew left & right edges using 1/4” seam allowance.
1
Turn cotton fabric right sides out. Stuff ripstop inside. Raw edges on ripstop should be facing out.
2
Line up top edges of cotton & ripstop.
3
Only half of the hook or loop tape should be placed on the top edge, then sewn.
4
Using a zigzag stitch on bottom edge of loop tape to secure it onto the fabric.
5
Use zigzag stitch & same process to secure hook tape. Only half of the tape should overlap w/fabric.
6
Fold the hook & loop tape toward the inside of the bag.
7
Top stitch top edge of bag using 1/8” seam allowance. This keeps the fastener from unfolding.
8
Add your favorite snack & you’re good to go.
