Fabric should be folded making a triangle for bias

Determine how wide you’d like the finished bias width

Measure and mark the desired bias width. Example: for 1/2” bias, cut bias strip 1 1/2”

Trim, fold under end, & fold bias in half. Pin to right side of neckline starting at shoulder seam.

Continue pinning folded bias around neckline. Note: you can pre iron bias

Trim end of bias and tuck into folded end

Ready to sew bias

Sew bias with 1/4” seam allowance

Turn bias to inside
