How To: Shoot in Lacrosse (+Cardio Workout)
Run across the goal pull back and shoot

Aim for the top left corner. As you shoot the ball twist away from the goal to insure maximum power

Scoop up the ball in the net and reset to the front of the goal

Reset! And repeat the prior steps

Remember to pick a spot on the goal to aim for! Practice makes perfect!!

Pick up the ball and repeat! Overtime you will become better!
