How To Side Surf On Roller Skates

Before we start, we need to begin stretching! Start with this pose for 30 secs each time!

Next, do some hip flexor stretches 10 x on each leg

Another good stretch to do before we begin!

Move to a wall or bar, and point toes out on each foot to practice going lower with the support

Try to get even lower and put your arms out for support as you would a squat

Use the barrier to push yourself forwards and back in the move, and when your ready push off!

Next try rolling forward slowly and turning out on one foot to start the move, do this a few times!
