How To Smoke A Pork Loin Roast
Start with a 3 lb. pork loin roast.

Remove silver skin, a mustard binder, and season with a dry rub.

Place on your smoker for 2-3 hours. I spray my bark after the first hour to keep it moist.

Remove when the temp reaches 145 F. Slice and serve!
