Visit Lauritzen Gardens
Admission is $10 per person but it is well worth the cost. There are 2 huge greenhouses and acres of outdoor gardens to explore.

Travel back in time at the Durham Museum
Built and decorated in the art deco style, this was once Omaha's train station- Union Station. It opened in 1931 and was used until 1971.
In 1975 it reopened as a museum and is now a designated National Historic Landmark by the National Park Service and U.S. Department of the Interior.
Admission is $11/person which is well worth it as you could spend hours exploring the exhibits here.
