Find something to hold onto
Warm up: rotate your knees
Warm up: chair position
Body posture: bend your knees, pull your belly button in, hands in front of you, look at the horizon
Excercise 1: Bubbles. Make a lemon shape on the floor. Start with your heels together, push your feet out, end with your toes together.
Excercise 2: Shift your weight. Put all your weight on one leg until you feel like you can lift your other leg. Practice both sides.
Excercise 3: Shuffle. Turn your feet in a little bit. Keep all your wheels on the floor and slide your feet to the front one by one
