How to Upcycle Cardboard with Cricut
Let’s learn how to upcycle an empty food box made with flat cardboard such as a cereal box.

Trim the cardboard and place on the Cricut mat. Secure with painters tape.

Choose a design in Cricut Design Space. For the Cricut Maker, the cut settings used were Poster Board with More pressure.

Cut the cardboard.

Repeat the cut if needed.
Cut vinyl or paper to dress up your cardboard shape.

For iron-on, apply heat at the lowest setting for 20 seconds and remove the transfer sheet when cool.

Add embellishments

Use your cardboard shapes for signs, ornaments or kids crafts.
