Option 1: frame the front foot with your blocks

Option 2: bring the blocks to the inside of the front foot to take the space your body needs!

Whatever your choice go wide! Take up space! You can leave the back toes tucked for more stability

Once you're super stable decide what to do with your arms! Leave them on the blocks or up!

Always use your tools for success, aka props, to enjoy your practice! They don’t make it less yoga!
